They Absolutely rip off your money if different ways . They have this overhead deduction thing on your payslip. For which they will claim expenses on your behalf but cut the tax rebate from HMRC by naming it overhead deduction. Worst part is they will cut more for overhead deduction then the actual tax without claiming expenses to HMRC . I went to there office twice . Tried to ask red's employee about this. They just said it's something they don't understand. Silly excuse.
Even though you quit they won't give you p45 ، you have to wait and call them again and again go to there office , send them reminder . Still no help.
Many time if you go to work company will send you home because they'll say no work today. You have to walk all the way up to work just to know if you gonna get work or not.
All and all this company is my worst experience of all

I left a job as RED RECRUITMENT SENT ME A CONTRACT AFTER 2 INTERVIEWS WITH DIRECTORS, promised me and sent a contract to work for them in recruitment, told me ordered a BMW car for me, then i left my old job, for them to them saying they with drew my offer - Bunch of Liars and hypocrites - taken Leagla ction via Tribunal not to be trusted as they play with lives and careers and don't Care- in short avoid as much as possible. HR Manager is unfair and pompous - Cant wait for court dates ...

Terrible customer service, no empathy towards their employees, no care for struggling families or desperate workers, just a company full of heartless employees that make promises that they don't deliver on.

Supposedly looking to get workers into jobs across the Midlands, through Coventry and their opening of another factory in Rugby by the summer? Promised a job, completed right to work documents then heard nothing back since!

Never known such a company to create so much hope only to destroy it through job promises that are not delivered.

WORST Recruitment Company!!!! Was offered a job as a Warehouse Operative following the acceptance of my application then I was completely ignored!!!! Called several times and asked for more information but was pushed to the side and was never updated on this issue!!! Don't even consider roles offered by this company! RUDE callers, NO help for long hour low pay jobs.

Definetly recommend as i signed on to this agency and within 2 days they found me a job, couldnt be happier

Not had a good experience with trying to start work with this agency, i would agree there is little empathy.
I discussed a personal matter with myself being unable to attend the office in Redditch but they were unable to facilitate or even consider a way of working around the location.
how can you be a good employer when you cant even adapt to an individuals wishes!

Excellent communication 😂😂😂 I text them, no reply.. they have a question they text you like nothing happened… without even bothering answer my previous text messages. I asked for my p45 couple of weeks ago and I still don’t have it and of course, no reply to that one either 😂

I've just had a phone call off this company offering me a job and I was willing but I couldn't do anything as I have my daughter this week and I told him that and said I had a funeral week after and he said I no what you mean keep the job centre off your back I said no just can't do it for a couple of weeks! No problem I will take you off the list! Absolutely Rude ! And bye the sounds of it there not good at paying on time!
