ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES! AVOID! A small job took 6 months. 6 months! I had to go to the garage to have a conversation with the manager kapil, as he rejected my calls and ignored my text messages. On arrival, he lied out of his teeth and I was then to find out that they had damaged my car on two separate panels. They then had to respray it!

After another few weeks after the damage repair and being told "tomorrow", I was abruptly told by the manager that he would not do any more work on my car and to come and collect it. On collection, there were interior panels that had not been put back on!

Being scared to leave the car there for any longer, I bit my lip and got out of there as quickly as i possibly could with the car. Another customer was there at the time complaining that something small was still not fixed after 6 weeks.

If you have any like or love for your car - DO NOT TAKE IT HERE! THOUGHTLESS, LYING, DISRESPECTFUL AMATEURS THAT SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE IN THE INDUSTRY. I will be pursuing legal advice as he is still ignoring me. Worst garage experience of my life.

I can speak very highly of Olaf Enterprise and the chief Technician who has circa 30 years of experience in doing engine rebuilds on various makes of vehicles.

Olaf Enterprise works on all of our Volkswagen’s, BMW’s, Audi’s and Land Rover. They did an excellent job on an Audi Q7 whereby the car would loose all power at exactly 21 minutes. We initially give the vehicle to a mechanical garage in Luton who tried their best to fix it but could not. We eventually bought it to Olaf Enterprise and they got the job done.

They have also worked on Range Rover 2010 recently which had a suspension issue. They did a service, fixed a second issue in relation to an egr valve and various other minor things.

Currently they are doing an engine rebuilt on a VW Transporter 2012 for a customer of ours as his van is burning too much engine oil which it shouldn’t. Furthermore on another vehicle where misfuelling has occurred on a VW Campervan, two injectors needed to be changed and all serviceable filters.

Olaf Enterprise are a good company, with a well established reputation and above all very good value for money.

We at Invictus Motors like to work with only the best and we feel that Olaf Enterprise Meer that standards.

They claim to be the UK leading engine manufacturers. But operate on a mobile number. And only have 11 Google reviews. Most of them reviews that are 5 star are probably fake.

I managed to speak to the owner of the garage and found him very transparent and helpful.

My experience is similar to many others from this reviews page.
Poor communication, empty promises, no results.
After a month of waiting i went into the garage - my van wasn't even touched despite of many claims.
Tired of lies and after ages without a work car I decided to take my business elsewhere.
Avoid.

Please avoid at all costs. Despite the claims and promises given they are worthless to you but very lucrative to the owner. The 2 year warrantee appears to be a warrantee that you will be taking your vehicle back to them for 2 years and they can fail to fix the issue you originally paid them for and then issues caused by their original lack of care and skill will have to be paid for on top. Please take heed of the low ratings reviews.

If you need any further convincing please just spend a few pounds and pay for CCJ report from the Dept of Justice. If this doesn't convince you to go elsewhere I do not know what would.

The engine is on the shelf, price agreed, collection date agreed ..... then nothing. No call, phone calls not answered, no response to texts. Last thing was a text saying 'I'm on other phone call later'. That was a week ago. Very disappointing waste of time.
I suppose I'm lucky I found out what they're like before they had my car.
