Tommi has been an absolute star looking after my boy Jack on his karting days, Tommi goes the extra mile to make sure everything is spot on and pays a lot of attention to detail, would recommend Dart Motorsport to anyone.

Brilliant guys at dart, providing me with track side/ paddock assistance through 5 seasons racing now. Nothin is ever to much trouble for Tommi, always getting the job done over and above expectations.

Me and my partner went to look at a fireblade for her what Dart motorsport was selling.

Before we went and looked at the bike I called up and we were on the phone for quite some time talking about the bikes condition, service history etc. before looking at the bike I knew what I was getting myself into and I was happy that Dart Motorsport knew what they were talking about.

When we arrived there the bike was very clean and looked like it was very well looked after. after a test drive there was a few issues what I wasn’t happy with, No issues what would stop the vehicle being road worthy just some little bits what I thought could be better. Tommi (Dart motorsport Owner) said if we leave a deposit, he will sort all those issues out plus put it through an MOT. the bike was already planned to have the forks serviced and mot when someone wanted to buy it. he wanted the buyer to have a fresh MOT and fork seals.

One of the issues was the bike was too high for my Mrs, so he said if we supply him a lowering kit he would fit it and adjust it to the correct height free of charge just so the bike is perfect for her when we come to collect it,

Only a day or two went by and we received a message saying all issues have been fixed but MOT failed on wheel bearing. The next day or so we got another message saying new bearing fitted and it has passed the MOT.

We got there and after another test ride we were over the moon with the way the bikes handles and feels now after the list of issues were addressed.

The day after we collected it, a knocking started through the handlebars, so we contacted them via Facebook and Tommi responded very quickly, this was late evening time. The next morning, I called up and chatted with Tommi about it and we took it to them that day.

When we got there Tommi had a quick play around with the bike and had an idea straight away what it could be, he then got a second opinion from another mechanic, and it seemed like they both had the same idea. Instantly they both just threw down their tools and went straight to work on our bike. Within 30 minutes they had found, fixed, and put the bike back together, the issue was nothing to do with the work they done but they fixed it for us free of charge which was very good of them. Another test ride was done, and it was all good and we got back on the road in no time at all.

In the end we we’re incredibly impressed with the turnaround time, the friendly service we received, the help and advice we got from them, the co-operation between buyer and seller. Everything what I didn’t like about the bike they just said yes absolutely and went ahead and fixed it! AMAZING service and amazing people. Highly recommend this garage to anyone and will defiantly be going back there in the future.
