Very happy with these guys from beginning to end they were polite and professional over the phone. They even gave me their own personal van as a replacement when my van went in for an engine rebuild. They were tolerant of my impatience and anxiety about getting the van back for work ASAP. They did a very expert rebuild of my engine and even fitted an EGR valve FREE OF CHARGE which wasn't part of the paid job they were doing after the rebuild and when I got the van back. The water pump went shortly after getting the van back and they immediately fixed it as part of warranty. Highly recommended for engine rebuild and professional operation without a doubt. I will certainly be using them again in the future and will recommend to friends .

These guys are spot on had a reconditioned engine fitted last year then had a small issue of not starting. Got in touch with them and said to get it sorted in Yorkshire we're i live and covered the cost 👍🏻I would definitely recommend.

My BMW X1 had a problem with the timing chain. The Engine Centre was recommended by another garage. My car was picked by the engine centre recovery from my home, it was repaired and brought back to me with a 12months warranty.

Our BMW X1 had a problem with the timing chain and ruined the whole engine. We found the engine centre through google search. Our car was picked up by the engine centre recovery from another garage that was quoting us a ridiculous amount. The engine centre was reasonable, they repaired the car and brought it back to us with a 12-month warranty.
The car drives excellently. I recommend Engine Centre to anyone. Brilliant service!!! We only bring our cars to this garage now because they are trustworthy.

Amazing service. The heroes at Engine Centre helped me out when I'd driven 80 miles to get a part from a different company who didn't have it in stock(after saying they did). Thanks guys!!

I would avoid this company at all costs.
Had a new engine fitted last year and I've had nothing but problems since.
First the van was delivered back to me with no power from the accelerator(i was told by independent mechanic that a valve had split)had to pay over £300 to fix the valve problem which i was told i would be reimbursed for but never was.Then the Engine was losing water/coolant immediately after being fitted but i was told to "carry on driving an just keep an eye on it" by ENGINE CENTRE even though other mechanics said it will lead to other problems. Head gasket then blew, the engine centre said it hadn't even though 2 independent garages said it had.
I then sent my van back to them on 15th oct 2021for the repair and they have held the van for over a month and keep being told it will be ready next week or in couple of days and then they avoid your calls.

Excellent. Just got home but the engine runs perfectly and so far so good. I bought the van with a worn bottom end with a loud knock, engine centre even helped to have it trucked down from the north of England. The new engine is fully rebuilt and not just a used swap. The guys really know what they're doing and literally do this every day, a proper engine rebuilding operation. Rather than trying to do me for extra parts, they helped me out. Can't recommend them enough!
