Ultimaker 2+ truly an amazing machine! I was worried about the price but I cannot fault the product or the the companies service. Shaun helped me through my decision making, words cannot describe how helpful and patient he was; so much so that he even gave me is mobile number to contact him over the weekend if I had any difficulties. I would not hesitate in recommending this product. I never leave reviews but I was honestly blown away by the care given.

The customer service from 3DGBIRE is second to none. 3D printers can be complicated for a newbie like me and the tech support team are always at the other end of the phone or email whenever I have a question. I have even had a step by step walk through via video call to guide me through a tricky maintenance procedure for a (self-inflicted) technical issue. Thank you so much!

After running into an issue with the software on the Ultimaker Original I bought off their sight, I visited their shop and was very pleased with their service, well mannered employees, that were happy to help and quickly resolved my issue, without charge. Very pleased.

Good gear at reasonable prices. Always have what I need in stock. Also provide good support for their printers.
