Speak Up London

I was preparing for IETS exam here. As a result, my total score was 7.5: 8.5 for Reading, 8.0 for Listening, and 7.0 for Writing and Speaking. This is a solid mark. According to google, it's even enough to officially become a [medical] doctor in UK... So I decided to go for PhD in Britain (also a doctor in some sense) after finishing my master's. It's a great school overall.

As a one of the Speak Up students, who is already finishing the second term, I can confidently share my experience and recommend this school. The Speak Up London have become my second home, (home away from home☺️)I feel here comfortable and cared. The atmosphere at school is amazing, all the staff are so friendly, professional and warm welcoming. They are always there for you) My teachers are amazing, Holly, Beth, Gareth are the best teachers) They are teaching in a various effective and interesting ways, I can clearly see how my english is improving.There are also a bunch of free social programmes such as speaking classes, group tours and so much more. I’m happy that I have chosen this particular school and really greatful to the wonderful Speak Up team💐💐💐

I have been studying at “Speak Up” for about 2 months and I can proudly say that this was the most memorable months with lots of challenges, activities and group studies which really made me speak up. I wish to thank my teachers Eli, Math and Eddie for a great job! Last but not least , I’ve gained amazing friends and thank you for this.

For me it is an excellent school, very attentive to the needs of the student. The school offers free activities to socialise and discover London. The courses are very good because there is a lot of time for discussions and therefore to be able to improve in speaking. I really recommend this school, the prices are really affordable and you can only improve with Speakup London.

It is a very special pleasure for me to write a commentary for Speak Up London. The school and especially the whole team is great. All the teachers I dealt with (Mat, Gareth, Holly) were very open-minded, gave a lot of good input and fully contributed their own personalities, which is why it was a colourful bouquet of human encounters. The electronic equipment, including the whiteboards that all classrooms are equipped with, was used very creatively and confidently by all teachers, which was very helpful and illustrative for the lessons!
But a special mention must go to the student services team! They were all very accommodating and helpful, open, interested and incredibly warm that friendships almost developed during the two short weeks. Special mention must go to Rhama and Sarah, and especially Justine. They were the twinkling stars in the school, making it shine anew every day and all the time. Thank you so much!!! You were by far my best experience at the language school. How much more do you want to feel at home in a foreign environment?! It is very unfortunate that you do not appear on the website!
And Musa, the Senior Course Advisor, took care of my problems with the accommodation quickly and with commitment and solved them in the best possible way!
Farhan, you have a very good knack for finding great staff. Good luck for the future!

Hey, I'm so happy to be a part of Speak Up London community!
I've been studying in Speak Up London since May 2021. Offline classes are absolutely fantastic! I admire my teacher Gareth who can easily communicate with each student and pay attention to the needs of the students. Also, he has an amazing sense of humour!:)
All people from the team in the school are very attentive and outgoing, and I appreciate how it's easy to build communication with them.
Additional activities after General classes can help you to boost your vocab and get to know something new.
It's important to say that the school has a perfect location and rooms comfortable studying in. In addition, all the studying materials were useful and gave a lot of language practice.
Furthermore, I want to note that I've met many interesting people who told me about their culture, traditions and even shared some facts about their lives.

If you are looking to improve your English in London, I recommend this school!
I’ve attended the IELTS Exam Preparation School for a month (November 2021). Started with a B2 level and finished getting a C1 (7.5 IELTS).

The teachers are really good. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had.
I’m very happy to have been part of SpeakUp family.
