BKC Amazing.

A really poor service with this company. They booked a booth suitable for 8 people at Blues Kitchen Shoreditch when I had 15 guests which caused chaos on the day. I’ve since made a complaint with them and the attitude they have within the sales team is terrible. All I received was challenging behaviour and serious push back from the Head of Sales Emalena. There was no accountability for this mistake mainly because they don’t appear to be that bothered.

They are incredibly unprofessional and reckless! Had a booking for a birthday party and only on the day before they thought about telling me about dress code. Not only they ruined that booking they then did not provide ANY HELP in finding another place! Leaving me empty handed.

Worst agency I’ve ever encounter! You really need to improve the quality of your staff.

Really poorly run- Jazz Cafe a shambles. Rude, incompetent staff, terrible food and drinks and ridiculous queues for ages even with tickets! Doormen very unprofessional and overcrowded when inside.

They are putting their own money to support their venues like The Jazz Caffe (forced to pay an extortionate amount of money to the landlords during the whole lock-down period, do discounts, no holiday) in these difficult times! We can support them by going to see their great concerts!

Great company. They are only a few organizations truly independent and that really improves the music scene in London. They are one of them.
