Great place for meeting up and sharing the good news of the gospel. Family friendly (of all ages, including retirees) service at 0930 on Sundays with children's groups and coffee/cake afterwards. There's a more traditional service at 11am (also with cake!) and another family friendly service at 5pm (plenty of refreshments here too), which tends to suit families with older children (teens).

There are also weekly events for a variety of ages, including a pre-school group on Fridays and a monthly after school (including preschoolers) group called Little Stars.

Our family loves this church - it's a social, lively and faithful group of people.

It’s a beautiful church and I visited as a tourist to look at where my ancestors were baptised, married and probably buried. I wanted to go to the communion service on Sunday and turned up to an empty building. There was no information about where the service was held. There was supposed to be one at 5pm. Went to the pub instead.

I find visiting our traditional parish churches calming and uplifting. I particularly liked this one which is new to me despite having been born less than 10 miles away. Light and open, carved wood bosses charming. Well worth a visit.

A lovely church with a wealth of interesting items inside many dating from the 15th century. A fantastic screen, eagle lectern and pulpit to name but a few.
