Just Horse Riders

Placed a order on the Monday for 6 items, I had no confirmation of delivery etc so emailed on the Wednesday. The customer service in this company is outstanding. I explained I needed the stuff for Friday and they didn’t hesitate to send another straight away. One of the items were out of stock but coming in stock the next day so they sent it separately. I’ve never received such amazing customer service would definitely shop here again. Everything is amazing quality and a great price!

Amazing Customer Service!
I was delighted with my new double bridle - all except for the bridoon reins , which were of very poor quality. Just Horse Riders were fantastic. They took my concerns to the suppliers, who were very unaccomodating and even tried to blame me for the condition of the reins. However, Just Horse Riders stepped in and supplied a new set of reins, at their expense, in the name of good customer service. Excellent!

Customer service is above and beyond!!! Have ordered many times, easy to return if doesn't fit, quick refund or exchange. Super quick delivry, great products!! They even replaced a bridle that had broken (only on the throatlash buckle) after 4 months!!!! Highly recommend!

I have been searching for the perfect boots for dog walking in wet muddy weather and after trying different sellers I found Just Horse Riders who were brilliant. The customer service was second to none, I had to return a couple of pairs that didn't fit and they were quick to email me how to return them, the correspondence was excellent and I was guided all through the process. I have now purchased the Dublin River Boots and they are brilliant, easy to get on and off, completely waterproof and comfy to wear for hours, I am delighted with my purchase and would definitely recommend Just Horse Riders to friends and family.

Bought a lovely 300g stable rug for my daughters pony and it is gorgeous and great value for money. I contacted customer service for a query on the points and they replied explaining things thoroughly. Will definitely buy from them again

Got sent an e-mail with a great deal on Dublin river boots, bought them online and they were delivered within 2 days and thats just after New Years day. A great service, good products and a decent price. Many thanks will buy from you again....

It been so great to be able to buy easily, get delivery ahead of my expectations and, although unfortunately my purchase wasn’t quite right(my own fault) returning the goods was just so easy. When I mentioned my printer wasn’t working to be able to print off the returns label, they even posted it out for me! Really great service- which seems so rare these days so well done to the team there, thank you, and I can honestly recommended this company. I will certainly use them again.

Excellent customer service, had an issue with a well known branded rug, they sent us out a replacement promptly. Unfortunately, we've had the same issue and they have agreed to refund. Will use again due to their understanding and quick service
