Wow what a lovely customer experience. We went to get our daughter a riding hat and other items as she has just started horse riding. Andrew spent well over an hour with us advising us of things we needed and also things we didn’t need to spend out on just yet. His knowledge as you would expect was second to none but not only that whole custoMer experience was out of this world we left with everything we needed and also knowing what we may need in the future. We left feeling we had been truly looked after and not for a split second did we ever feel like we were being sold to, it was completely the opposite. Thank you so much.

Really disappointed, travelled hour asked for help with choosing bridle and was completely dismissed and told look what we have. Would never come here again

Operated and run by 'good folk'...Who are very helpful,knowledgeable and have a sense of humour....Which is lacking,in the modern world.
Their prices are competitive and they keep an in depth stock, or they can order and receive a product in a reasonable time frame.
I will be using again...and again.

Good selection of products. The second hand saddle selection is particularly good at good prices and with a useful trial period allowed
