I echo the last reviewer's comments - absolutely terrible experience which has delayed my whole project and caused huge inconvenience. The representative initially appears to be very professional and responsive but doesn't follow through. He simply never reverted despite numerous opportunities and promises which keep you hanging on in hope. Absolute shambles. I've never left a google review before - but I don't want anyone else to suffer the same experience.

Fantastic company who gave me the confidence to get the stables I had always dreamed of. From the moment I contacted them through to installation they have been in contact and professional. Utterly shocking, and more shocking customer service. You are given false promises, time and time again. Waiting months on end, always told.. “ next week” “ next week” “ the next week “ lies, lies, and more lies. Never experienced anything like it, in my life. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I can honestly say the customer service I have received from cheval has been then best after care I’ve ever received from a company.
When my second hand trailer started experiencing warranty related issues I was put intouch with their uk office where a very helpful member of staff named Iestyn was there to assist.
Arrangements were made for my trailer to return to the factory for repairs. At no cost to myself the trailer was collected from my local dealer, taken away for repairs and returned. The work done appears to be of a very high standard and the trailer looks better than ever. I’m so pleased that cheval went over and above to help me dispite the trailer being a few years old. My equine adventures can now continue, I couldn’t be happier. I can’t imagine there are many companies that would provide the service they have.

Terrible experience, ordered stables in March, promised delivery by end May. One excuse after another every week since until now, mid October I've given up.
If he didn't want to follow through with the order, I gave plenty of opportunity to admit that and move on, but it was always next week, or soon now. Have finally given up and have to wait 8 more weeks with another supplier given lead times.
Could not in any way recommend, shocking service.
