Thy Will Be Done

We've had our Wills for 4 years and at the outset signed up for unlimited reviews ( nominal annual cost ) and since then have regularly updated our Wills. This is done via email, so there is no chance of our Wills becoming out of date. The whole process works well and is very easy to complete. We are very happy with the process and service

We have used Thy Will be Done for many things (Wills ,Trusts,
Power of Attorney) and the things that go with them such as storage. We have with them about 7 years and have found them very helpful when I have had a problem such a husband who is now not too well, and a son who who went travelling when things needed signing. They have answered questions I have asked when I’ve not been sure how to put them but have really put my mind at rest. Thankyou

Very disappointed. Several iterations of my dad's Will had typos and insertions of new and unexplained clauses -took months to get corrected with minimal apology. Would not recommend.

They are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of wills, trust etc
There is always someone to help with any questions promptly.

We have recently moved so we have had to update our wills. Everything was explained to us and the paperwork and new wording was made clear. Everything was carried out efficiently and the ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making things easy for us.

everything appeared to have been set up fine. Later they rang to say that they needed to come and see us (at home) to check that everything was OK for us, but we waited in and nobody arrived. A phone call to find out what happened produced "Phone back in office hours" ! Never heard a word since.
Following a reaction to this review it would appear that a phone message was left cancelling the meeting because there was no problem with what they had set up for us. Unfortunately we never got this message hence our feelings. So we will give them another star.

To that end he provides advice at no cost, payment is only due if you proceed with any of the services that are available.

In making out our wills we were assured that we should not feel pressured but to continue refining the wording until we were satisfied. It took us several months and a number of revisions, and we were impressed with the patience of their staff.

I have no hesitation in recommending this organisation whole-heartedly.
