My husband and I have recently completed writing our Wills with Gerard James Estate Planning. From the first meeting, Gerard took the time to understand our circumstances and wishes for our Wills. He explained each stage of the process, ensuring that we understood and knew what our options were. We had been putting off writing a Will for a while, as we thought that making them was going to be a long and daunting task, but Gerard made the process easy through his vast knowledge and understanding. We were dreading the whole process of drawing up our wills, especially under COVID restrictions and not being proficient with on line meetings. We needn't have worried. Gerard was incredibly thorough, extremely informative, careful to address the pitfalls of drawing up a will under such circumstances and very professional. He ensured we had all the relevant information upon which to make our decisions and took us easily through the relevant steps to conclusion quickly and efficiently. Property Trusts will ensure that our children will always be looked after and also ensure that a large element of the property equity will not be swallowed up in care home fees. Everything was explained in simple terms and all dealings were extremely professional. The next step will be to arrange LPA’s.
