Clarity Wills

This was a first class service offering both informal and practical will writing advice. The process was easy and they were able to understand what I needed at a very excellent price. I have already recommended them to family and my partner will be using the same service soon. I would highly recommend for someone wishing to make the whole will writing process straight forward.

My wife and I contacted Clarity Wills after a search on Google and they were the ones which stood out.
We already had a will which was written some 25 years ago and wanted to make some changes. The holder of our wills told us they no longer offered this service and we should get another company.
Every contact we had with Clarity was perfect for us, from our initial enquiry to our personal contact at Clarity finally through to completion via the office staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. They dealt with our requirements in a calm and professional manner which was underlined by their total understanding of the processes we needed.

We chose to use Clarity Wills after checking the very reasonable cost, and upon reading the many positive reviews posted about them.
We had an initial conversation with one of their friendly team where we gave our basic details such as name, dob etc. He advised us of the cost and booked us in for a telephone consultation for a few days later.
Our solicitor was Stuart who rang us at the exact time agreed. Having never prior dealt with our wills, we were a little apprehensive of what the actual process entailed.
However, we shouldn't have worried. What we truly appreciated about dealing with Stuart was his uncomplicated way in explaining everything throughout the whole process. He has a lovely yet professional manner and I have absolutely no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this company for anyone wishing to make the important decision to make their will.

We have recently had a terrible experience with this company. We paid them a lot of money to change the names on our house deeds and they just didn't do it. We only found out when we were re-mortgaging and the process ground to a halt. I called them to ask what had happened and was told there was a 'glitch'. They said they would send the documents as soon as possible and asked whether they should go to an address we haven't lived in for 5 years. We asked for a refund but they still haven't sent it. Avoid at all costs.

Very helpful & knowledgeable, after making contact to sort the Will out in 2017 it was refreshing to speak with the same person who organised our will at home 5 years later when we updated it.
