I absolutely love this champagne. I was introduced to Borel Lucas champagnes around 7 years ago when if you had asked me, I'd have said, "I don't really like Champagne". This all changed when I first sipped their entry level Brut Reserve, the fizz was delicious with notes of granny apple and hints of pear. The bubbles danced on my tongue like sherbet. I was hooked but there were 7 champagnes to try so I moved on to their Blanc de blanc - Cuvee Art Divin and worked my way through sipping all 7 champagnes. I soon learned that fine champagne is indeed that, fine; exquisite, robust, delicate, deep, lively, fun. I am definitely a Blanc de blanc fan but there is something to admire and exclaim about in each of the Borel Lucas Champagnes. So much so I visited the Champagne house a couple of years ago to see what where how the champagne was made (and to purchase a couple of bottles). Try one of Chris's Champagne tasting evenings with your friends, you won't be disappointed. He's a great entertainer and he knows his stuff.
