What a brilliant, friendly service. For someone who doesn't know anything about bikes its very reassuring to have such good trustworthy advice. Having your bike collected and returned is the icing on the cake. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic service by Owen!

I called up late Saturday morning explaining that I believed my gears had stopped working (I have next to no working knowledge of the mechanical side of bikes). I was keen to get the bike fixed that day as I work in the week and wanted to ride the bike over the weekend.

Owen kindly said to pop over and he would see what he could do. This was great as most bike mechanics can't fix bikes as quickly! Within an hour the bike was fixed- complete with a new inner tube for the front flat tire and cabling for the gears. Also very reasonably priced! Bike now runs completely smoothly!

Great, friendly service from Owen. He took real care over my ancient but much loved bicycle and also took the time to talk me through what was needed. He was very accommodating and ridiculously good value. I shall definitely be going back and it is not hard to see why he has had such good reviews.

Mister Matrix went above and beyond the call of duty. I took him my secondhand road bike and he has transformed it. With excellent attention to detail, he kept me informed about my bike so that I didn't have to worry about costs spiralling out of control without me knowing. He was friendly and upfront. I can't recommend him more highly.

The owner Owen is an absolute legend. Saved my bacon after a slashed tire..and on an electric bike that other bicycle repair shops in Cheltenham wouldn't even look at. Not only did he repair the tire but he also fixed additional issues with my bike.
He is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Came to this place to replace a jockey wheel, as the one which I inserted by myself was not the original Shimano one and was producing an unpleasant noise, like a click, in a derailleur area. After dropping off a bike, I had to wait for about two days just to hear back from the master to confirm what I want to do with the bike. Waiting for five days for a jockey wheel to be replaced and paying £20 for this service, had highly disappointing consequences, as after 2 days, while I was returning back to home at nasty weather with two full packed rucksacks, one of the jockey wheels had come off completely and some of the details were obviously lost. After contacting THIS “five star review” shop and pointing that it was their mistake as most likely, they did not tie it up properly; and even after their repair services the whole system comes down, I am being offered to pay even more money, and most importantly, to waist even more of MY TIME!!! Eventually, the problem was that small and easily fixable that “Williams cycle” did it free of charge. So, I definitely would not recommend this shop to anyone, who values their nerves and time!

Owen helped me with a bicycle emergency at 6 pm and that meant I could get to work the next day.

I'd highly recommend - he is very helpful, explains things straightforwardly for a cycling novice like me, and is clearly an expert in what he does.

The flexible opening times are also a life saver!

He even gave my bike a pre-service consult as he was passing through the station where I had locked it - so he had a look then called me while I was still at work and said he would give it a tune up to get me on the road the next day.
