Surprised to see negative reviews, although I’ve only been here during the day. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The coffee is decent and they have a good range of food including gluten free options. Only complaint would be that some food can be a little pricey.

The worst place to go for event, I must mention the manager( speacial event manager )there are so rude and mean that they shout at there staff in front of customer.. plus the service was poor and little English of manager I can't believe it how they can do to people like that.. for sure I want book my event with them least I must say I don't want their staff to be stress.
Genuinely and honestly speaking avoid the place. Bad management service and cold terrible food for event.

Amazing cafe with nice fresh food and great variety every day. Highly recommended for breakfast or lunchtime.

This cafe does not deserve its splendid location or to sell such amazing food. Each time I visit I feel cross. Today I had a large almond croissant (very good) but served on a plate no bigger than a saucer. When I asked for a larger plate so the croissant would actually FIT on it I was told (by a brusque manageress) that I couldn't have one. If I'm paying the bill surely I can eat it on whatever I want!

Seriously bad attitude from the little guy behind the coffee machine. I wasn't asked if I wanted a take away coffee, got it in a paper cup, asked for a proper cup, and was abused for 'not asking at the til'? wft, are we supposed to know the rules in advance? why not ask at the till.

G&F provided hot drinks for an event I attended in Westminster Central Hall. Friendly staff and surprisingly good coffee given there were a couple of hundred people. Impressed!

Reviewing the company... they deny bottled water tot their kitchen staff (providing smelly tap water), then they will refuse to pay salary for months (as much as they can stall even with ACAS intervention). Therefore, I am have reported them for attempt of modern slavery, many hospitality companies rely on employees being unaware of how they can claim their rights. So yes, avoiD Green&Fortune venues at any cost, they treat staff like rubbish
