Tough Runner UK

I love Tough Runner events! This year I completed my second TR event and it was incredible! The party atmosphere at the start line is great, the course is always challenging but enjoyable, and the medal is well worth the effort.

I’ve just completed my first Tough Runner UK event
- Swansea Epic Trail 10k. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Course was great, challenging in places but fun too. Very well marshalled and a great atmosphere. Brilliant Marshall’s and a great medal and trophy. Definitely I will do next year 😁😁😁

Myself and friends have done loads of events with tough runner uk. The events are always well run, from management to Marshalls and there is always someone at hand to answer questions if needed. Always enjoy their events. In red atmosphere and support throughout. Marshall’s are always happy and amazing with great energy. Can’t wait for my next Tough Runner Event.

I have run with tough runner on a number of occasions, always very well organised, safety is paramount. The events are in stunning locations and the staff are always extremely helpful. Events are excellent value for money with good quality medals at the end. Will no doubt run many more events with them.

Cardiff event was in exactly the same place as last time, but all event info took you to another location so they could charge a 5er for parking and then make you walk 20 mins, over a mountain to the original start line. What a scam!

I ran the first Falkirk Half Marathon in November 2022 and absolutely loved it. The route was fantastic as it was a good variety of trails and paths and was one big loop rather than repeated sections or out and back sections which i am not a fan of.
The first 3 miles had a few uphill parts but after that it was all pretty much flat or downhill which was great for getting a PB.
I paid to get my race number sent out before the race which made it easier as it saved me having to queue before the race.
I had a great day will definitely be back next year to do it again :D

Have only ever run one myself but my son has run numerous times with tough runner just this year, I'm happy to book him in because I know the runs are well organised, controlled and safe. He absolutely loves doing them and has a great collection of some awesome medals coming along nicely.. thanks Tough runner!👍🏻
