The Squadron

Great on a sunny day when there is air activity. Good basic menu and plenty of seating to allow viewing of the taxiway and runway. Great atmospheric recreation of a WWII NAFFI and / or Squadron readiness room. Loads of interesting aviation photos on the walls.

Without doubt the Apple Crumble was truly fantastic. The Victoria sponges was awesome too. Great views of the airfield and well worth a visit.

What a great find. Good food and coffee. Fun themed setting. Will be back in better weather!

Another thoroughly enjoyable visit to Rosey Leas at the Squadron .Delicious carrot cake.

Still very new and they are getting their, good food

Father's day breakfast. Waited nearly 2 hours before receiving breakfast which was cold. Team acknowjedge the problem which was too many customers and limited kitchen capacity. Only got charged for drinks.

The place to go to fly in planes of the past. They have a Spitfire a Tiger Moth, a Harvard or two and one or two others. You chance to fly the past and even do acrobatics!
