Lovely, friendly place with a great selection of classes, books and refreshments. My 3 year old daughter particularly loves the dance class on a Thursday afternoon with Nefra and it's great to be able to sit in and watch her moving with such confidence and imagination and more importantly enjoying herself so thoroughly!

Wonderful space, very friendly staff, super child friendly and a great selection of classes. I attended the Pregnancy Yoga last year which helped me feel very relaxed and have been going to the Postnatal Pilates since to get back in shape! The online booking system is very easy to use and the yoga mats are super comfy!

I have attended a few mother and baby/toddler classes here and it’s always a joyous experience. The new booking system is easy to use, the welcome and cafe area are lovely and the classes themselves absolutely brilliant. Just frustrating to be back to work and not able to get to classes so easily! When I am able to, it’s total bliss!

Attended the mindful pregnancy classes and it was the highlight of my week during my pregnancy. So relaxing and great tips for breathing, stretching, relaxation and Labour preparation. It even helped turn my breach baby. Can’t wait to attend the baby classes once baby and I have found our groove.

Thought I'd give baby yoga a go for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the teacher, other Mums and the staff were. As a new Mum, going to these things by yourself can be quite intimidating, but not a bit of that here. Will definitely be back!

The studio is a point of referiment for the community! everyone is welcome to pass and stay also just for read a book and drink a coffee!!!Just amazing! A piece of peace through the busy London s life!
