GYMSTOCK - Gym Equipment Collection & Recycling Service

We had a NordicTrack T14.2 treadmill moved from our house to our daughter's. It needed to be disassembled at our house and then reassembled at our daughter's. The job was done quickly and efficiently by the team today and both my daughter and my granddaughter have tried it out. Pricewise very reasonable. I recommend them highly.

Obviously a scam - £20 deposit "Guaranteed pick up" - no show, mobile number permanently engaged, and the 'office' number states it is not being used. No attempt to contact me, so an absolute sham.....enjoy my £20, if it matters that much to you. If you're thinking of using them to pick up old gear, look elsewhere...you have been warned!

Very happy with the service from Jay and the Gymstock Team. Removed a broken crosstrainer from my studio. Whole thing went smoothly and quickly. Glad it's gone to a good home.

Don't waste your time if you are looking to sell equipment. Website states "Cash paid for gym equipment in good condition / working order. " When I emailed them about selling my good condition fulling working equipment asking how much they would offer with 'Selling' in the subject heading they completely ignored my question and instead set out how much I can pay them to remove the equipment. When queried further they said they had no interest in buying. Seems their statement that they offer cash for equipment is a misleading way to get you to contact them so they can get you to use them for removing items and charge you for such. Total waste of time.

Con merchants. Do not use.suggest the positive reviews are fake and pay attention to the negative reviews. Same thing happened to me! They appear professional from website and when replying to initial enquiry. Understand why they ask for deposit to confirm booking with balance payable on collection. They even confirmed bank account name when my banking app couldnt reconcile details. But when they have your deposit their phone is always busy, they do not answer emails and do not turn up to collect items. Appalling behaviour.

Despite taking my deposit and arrangement to pick up equipment today, not showed up and no response from emails and mobile constantly busy. Do not use this company. I suspect it is a scam company

Excellent service from start to finish. I needed a very heavy treadmill removing from my home. Great communication in arranging a date and time at my convenience, & dismantled and removed the treadmill extremely professionally. I would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Great service and great communication. Removed our broken running machine for a competitive price and I had the comfort of knowing it will either be fixed, and then used again, or recycled for parts. The team that picked it up were really helpful and professional.
