Plucked eyebrows too thin, but the worst part was that, cut my skin in several places, did not notice until got home and they felt sore after cleaning, now have cuts all under brow line. Worst threading experience ever, never have I ever been cut before once let alone several times.

Absolutely terrible experience with waxing 2 times! An Indian lady burnt my skin with the wax just before my graduation ceremony. Was stinging so much and I was left with prominent scars that took weeks to heal. Not only that she kept claiming she couldn’t understand what I was saying when I asked to speak to the manager and file a complaint. Very disappointing as the previous staff used to be so gentle especially Natalia. Do not recommend at all

We used to come here for various treatments when a young lady worked there, who I believe went home for university?
Popped in the other day on my birthday to have my eyebrows threaded and was told it may be a 25 minute wait. We said this was fine and came back around 15 minutes later and waited inside the salon the rest of the time. Nothing was said during this time.
When it was my turn we was asked if we could pay cash, which was fine as we had cash.
My eyebrows were finished and I went to pay for the £6 treatment using a £10 note only to be told I needed to have exactly £6 in change. I told her that I only have a £10 so would need to pay on card if she had no change. We was then told that the card machine wasn’t working and she had no change.
My partner expressed that we had been sitting here prior and during our treatment and not once was this mentioned, otherwise he could have run out and broke up the £10 note.
She said all she had was a £5 note for change. My partner asked if we could give her the £10, take the £5 then come back with the additional £1 to give her. Was was told that we could not leave without paying the full £6.
We was looked at like we was causing a massive inconvenience to her and she repeatedly shrugged her shoulders at us and told us she didn’t know what we wanted her to do.
Eventually she went next door and got change.

Gorgeous salon based in the centre of Colchester. Gurjeet was wonderful, taking time and care to ensure that I was happy with the outcome. Reasonably priced too. Highly recommend, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have had threading here twice now and was fairly pleased but I won't be going anymore. Since my last threading I've been diagnosed with immune suppression which means I'm clinically vulnerable from infection and illness. I asked the lady if we could both wear a mask for my protection and her answer was just No! Very rude!!
