Empress Mills (1927) Ltd

A great company to deal with. They have a vast selection of fabrics and haberdashery items to choose from. Their customer service is second to none with friendly staff who go out of their way to help customers. I have dealt with Empress Mills for a few years now and they have been a lifesaver when needing to buy decent fabrics now most fabric / haberdashery shops are closed in my home town.

I initially sent an e mail to request further information regarding one of their fabrics. Christine replied super quickly and offered to send me a sample (For free, I might add). Sample arrived a few days later, was exactly what I was looking for. Ordered several meters from them - my order arrived within 5 days. Very happy with my purchase and will certainly shop with them again. Customer service is absolutely outstanding!

Empress are a good team to deal with. Their selection of fabrics, haberdashery etc is very good. They are excellent to talk to on the phone. They have given me sound and patient advice, when I wasn't sure which product to buy. Their p.&p. charge has been only £1.50 for quite a while. A lot of the thread they sell is made in their own mill. It's great to be able to buy British.

Empress Mills is my go to place for quilting supplies especially wadding, great prices and a large selection. They always have the perfect product for any job. The staff are super helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They have a wealth of knowledge they are willing to share.
