Well organised from covid point of view. Staff very helpful when working out how much curtain material to buy.
Nice play park for kids and a cafe.

Typical Fabric Mill Shop and crafts centre. Nice cafe with tasty cakes and pastries. Within easy walking distance to The Duke Of Lancaster Ship moored in the estuary.

Good place for fabric wool and haberdashery, prices are very good, and if you've never been before you may be surprised to find fabric sold by weight and not yards , there's some real bargains for anyone who likes to sew , knitting and crochet are also well catered for, as are many other crafting hobbies, I'd say visit if you can and you like a bargain.

Cor, been waiting for over a year to get here. Definitely worth the wait. So much to look at (and buy!). Full of materials to give one ideas.
Had a drink and cream cake at the cafe which was lovely too.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, with good senses of humour.
Wonderful place.

Wide range of fabric in former mill. The largest Abarkan I believe, and company Head Office. Which might be why some of the prices were a little higher than other Abakhans.
A mix of staff. Some talked amongst themselves not noticing folk waiting to be served/helped. But a couple were really helpful and friendly.
Interesting other businesses near by. So could make a day trip of going if not local.

Cafe a little expensive, but you make up for that in bargains, loads of parking ,wool shop more wool than you can shake a stick. Garden shop , crafty furniture shop,
Plus loads of fabrics on the roll and by weight all sorts of craft supplies love it

Great store. Beautiful products. Helpful team.

If I may say, some of the team cut fabric well and some cut wonky, especially missing the edges of the fabric panels. This happens at other stores too. Not just Abakhan.
