Top place to collect from for truckers. Loads of space for manoeuvring. Staff are super helpful.

I worked there for 11 months on agency.
In that time I lost count how many times the staff said to me wow you don't stop and just keep working and that they will defo give you a contract.
Also in that time they have hired a new operations director, staff in the canteen and more.
I go to work on last day before i have some time booked off and they have a meeting, the main owner has decided to give all the ROMO staff a bonus to help with the cost of living but not the people who work there on agency getting paid less than the ROMO staff(I think there is 3 of us?).
I was not happy so i rang agency told them that i don't think its fair and that i want a contract or i am not going back.
the agency rang romo and confirm that just the ROMO staff are getting the bonus and that they do want me back.
Agency rang me i said i will only go back if we get contracts.
They are unable to give me a contract......
I no longer work there.
So if you are looking to start work with ROMO just know that it will take you a very long time to get a contract most likely over a year and if like me you like to work hard and do a good job then ROMO might not be the best fit for you.
I have also in my time there seen staff using crayons to color in fabric because the fabric has bits missing like it was printed badly i don't know why office staff would approve this but i just hope they are water proof crayons.
