Nicole Beauty was absolutely amazing and relaxing. Not only was it professional but she went above and beyond as I have been suffering a back nerve issue for a long time now, Nicole Beauty spent extra time on that specific area and was very thorough and feel so much better after. I have to say that I knew Nicole from Clay Spa when she ran the shop pretty much single handedly and missed her treatments and never gone back there since. I'm so pleased she is back and couldn't recommend Nicole Beauty enough. Will see you next week Nicole!

I had the pleasure of experiencing the anti-ageing Environ facial yesterday. Highly recommend this luxurious treatment. It was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Nicole is very professional and knowledgable and was able to advise on which products suited each individuals skin type. I also had a full set of Lashes which I am really pleased with the results. Long, beautiful, full lashes which have completely opened my eyes up. I will definitely be booking in again for both treatments. Thank you so much Nicole x

I am very disappointed with the level of professional service here. After a consultation with Nicole, I booked a series of appointments for CACI Non-Surgical Facial Treatments, but was left with severe redness on my face.

Nicole advised me to return on a regular basis for weekly treatments. I returned approximately five times, and on each occasion I gave a £20 tip.

However, I started to feel considerable discomfort in the days after the appointments. After consultations and skin tests with two independent Harley Street and Oxford Street clinics concluded that my skin has been damaged by Nicole’s work, I have lost all confidence in her abilities. I also think her advice to return on a weekly basis was driven more by the financial motive than on my well-being. This is because both clinics advised that this treatment should *only* be conducted on a monthly basis rather than on a weekly basis.

Since their conclusions were brought to my attention, I have had to pay a considerable amount of money (several thousands of pounds) for expensive creams to try and rectify the situation.

Additionally, on two occasions my appointments were cancelled at the *very* last minute which I found incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. The entire experience has made me lose trust and confidence in the quality of work carried out.

Whilst I try to remedy the situation, I will not be returning. I also suspect the five-star reviews are incredibly misleading to future clients. For a business that relies heavily on the client having full trust, transparency, and confidence in the clinic, the credibility of the reviews is very important.

Nicole is absolutely wonderful. I’ve had two treatments with her so far and I am beyond hooked. She is amazing at what she does and I will never go to anyone else - she’s that good! She loves what she does and that really shows in the care and quality that you receive. I can’t say enough positive things about her and her business. I’m obsessed.

As an ex-beauty therapist ... and I've had MANY many facials in my life... I can happily day Nicole continues to give the best facials I have ever experienced ♡ love her!
