I just had my first facial from Adele. It was AMAZING! Brilliant consultation before we got started, she really listened and was interested in the problems I have with my skin and what I use. Adele really knows her stuff too!

I suffer with spotty, dry, oily in places and red skin and when I came in it was showing all of those lovely traits...! But when she had finished... my GOD! It was like I had new skin! Redness gone, smooth and glowing!

The whole treatment was relaxing and just so brilliant. Adele is so personable and you can tell she adores what she does. It makes you feel so cared for and relaxed. Facials are a luxury and Adele ensures it feels that way.
I'm elated I've found someone who will care and improve my skin!

Adele is a fabulous beauty therapist.. she is professional, caring, thorough and makes everyone feel at ease. I love my visits to the salon for both facials and massage and would absolutely recommend her for any treatment.. just wish I had time to go more often myself!

I was given a voucher for a facial with Adele and can honestly say it was the best facial I’ve ever had. Adele really knows her stuff and gave an in depth consultation as to my skin type, areas to focus on and a tailor made facial. My skin has never looked or felt better. My treatment was evening time too meaning I could fully relax after the kiddies were in bed. Perfect!

I recently visited Jai Retreat for two amazing treatments - Pro Skin 75 & Reflexology, I cannot recommend this place and Adele enough. I felt total at ease and relax as soon as I walked in, Adele is very welcoming & professional, and the treatments were amazing, I think I was almost floating on air when I left. Jai will now be on my Christmas & birthday wish list every year, Would totally recommend the lovely Adele to everyone xx

As a beauty therapist myself I am quite hard to please when it comes to treatments! Adele is the exception to that rule..A true professional therapist she really knows her stuff, she delivers excellent treatments with such a friendly personable manner.
Ive had amazing facials with Adele and each time I’m left completely relaxed and with glowing skin!
The health and safety standards are very high and I felt completely safe coming to Jai.
The surroundings and treatment room are beautiful and impeccably clean.
