Have not had personal experiences here but with the level of work they do I extremely recommend

Carol Hurlow help me and my case many years ago but was absolutely fantastic couldn't have asked for more. Glad to hear your keeping up the good work.

Rang to find out info about my case and they just won’t listen to what you have to say, I said 2 words and they jumped to conclusions about what I was trying to say and they constantly speak over you without allowing your explanation to penetrate their ears. Rude and unprofessional

I lost my children with this service and would not tell judge what my ex done to my children or me and I will not recommend hurlows to anyone

Left a feedback request for a call back regarding help with a relationship breakdown.
They couldn't be bothered in contacting me. SHAMEFUL..

Hard to review their legal work, couldn't get past the receptionist who just kept saying they were expensive and only had one solicitor so couldn't spend time discussing the case. I did explain I didn't need legal aid but being able to pay didn't seem to persuade her that they wanted the case.

Impatient receptionist. I called them to make an appointment to get some help for my divorce. Receptionist didn’t provide me any basic information or offer a call back. Instead, interrupted me and told me to email my enquiry. I will not get in touch with them again.
