My little walk-behind lawnmower did not start. I left it in expert hands after paying non-refundable deposit of £28. After 14 days I had a phone call that a coil needs to be replaced for a cost of £100 plus VAT, and then we will see what else needs to be done. I collected the mower unrepaired as I considered unreasonable to pay for the repair 80% of the original price of a new mover 7 years ago. Back at home I checked the coil with multimeter, this part was intact. Only the spark plug cap was faulty. I bought a similar one in Halfords for £3.99 and replaced it in 10 minutes. The mower starts on a first pull.

Absolute rip-off company who do not service products properly. had numerous faults with the chainsaw originally purchased from them used it once in three years had problems with it took it back then they told me it needs new bar needs new pump needs new everything so I ask why didn't this get checked in the previous service as it had not been used once since the last service? avoid all costs. Products are very inferior and overpriced in the first place how can an oil pump go when it's not even used. Scam service artists that fool people for things that are not needed unbeknown to most untechnical people. Not to forget they had the saw 6 months from me taking it in as I then had to ask them if they had my saw which they had lost 😄😄😄

Purchased a Lawn mower and the service was first class. Even loaded into my car for me. Will always recommend using a local company as you will not get this service on the internet

Woeful customer care. Chancers. Unskilled technicians that will break your kit. A service not fit for purpose... done only damage and charged me excessive amounts of money.

Absolute joke. They broke several parts on my chainsaw, over charged me, put the wrong spark plug in it, rounded threads, over tightened bolts, and then were very unhelpful when I asked for tuning tools so I could do it myself. Don’t leave anything 2 stroke related anywhere near the place. Considered informing trading standards

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is awful, on the occasions I’ve been forced to use it it either takes miles longer than they said it would or you’re presented with an eye watering invoice! They’re poor, disorganised and very very very expensive. My tip would be to travel to someone more professional, more courteous (none of them look like they want to be there) and most importantly someone that’s actually got the skills to fix what you’ve taken in. Their best skill seems to be printing invoices!!
