Llynclys Hall Farm Shop

So I have a soft spot for this sort of thing. Yes.
Was it a concerted out-building with some (slightly) pretentious cooking ingredients and some beautifully farmed produce... Yes.
Did we buy things for our holiday and enjoy every mouthful... You bet we did.
Go there and know that you are helping to feed that lovely farmer and their family. Just how I want shopping to be.

we enjoyed the maize maze but my daughter was very upset when she was bitten by the dog on the loose on our way into the farm yard. when we mentioned it in the shop we received an apology but were told that yes the dog is nervous around children and doesn't like them. surely an animal of that temperament should be tied up away from visitors especially as most customers are likely to have children in their group. A disappointing first trip to this establishment.

Lovely pumpkin patch with loads of pumpkins to pick. Free use of carts to carry pumpkins in. Bouncy castle and tea cups over the road. Spent around 2 hours there in total. Wellies are a must!

What a fab little find.. went around the maize maze today. Had great fun, cheap and cheerful. Good way to.tire the kids out for a couple hours.x
