Sheppy's Cider Farm

Great farm shop with a great selection of local foods.
Plenty for the kids to do with a play park with a couple of Donkeys next door.Large pond you can walk around with lots of ducks. Lovely orchard walks to stretch your legs and see the many varieties of apples grown and great photo opportunities. We always grab some drinks and rocky road from the shop and go for an explore.

Lovely place to have a walk. We often see deer, foxes and birds of prey. Lovely orchard walk and a cool little pond enclosure with quacking ducks.
Food from the restaurant is on point, it won't disappoint. Also has a little farm shop for some decent cheese or meats for the BBQ.

The cider is lovely and there's a great selection at good prices. The shop was good value for money with friendly and helpful staff, just a shame the cafe staff were not as good or it would have been 5 stars. We had a long wait for half of our drinks and even longer for our food, but when we asked when we would get the food after waiting an hour, it was a short and sharp response of it will be soon that we got, with no apology for the wait.

Beautiful selection of lunch able and coffee to take away. Also picked up some cider.

A lovely place to stop and the cider is excellent. Proper cider made from apples grown in Sheppy's own orchards. Still cider is available as bag in box and is very good. There are also some picnic tables and walks. Tours of the cider making process are available.

Very disappointed with our lunch today. My husband ordered cheese and chutney sandwich which didn't have any cheese in. He ate most of the sandwich as he's not a person to complained but did say to me to try some as he didn't think it had any cheese in. We were offered another sandwich but refused as my husband said the sandwich had too much butter in and made him feel a bit sick. Was offered a coffee as a substitute but only one cup, which I thought was very bad customer service as we were all together, my husband, daughter and I. We always come to Sheppys when we visit our daughter and had spent £33.00 on this visit. Very disappointed and won't be coming back in a hurry !!

Had a cider tour and tasting here and really recommend it. Our guide Nick was very informative and kept things fun with his local knowledge. Cider tasting at the end of the tour was excellent and we purchased some of our favourites from the well stocked shop too!!
