A big thank you to Andrew and Vanessa who kindly hosted us for 3 weeks as we finalised our housing arrangements in the move from London to Hertfordshire. The accommodation was clean and very well equipped with all the essentials and more. The animals around the farm provided great entertainment for our young daughter and by the end we felt like an extension of the family. I could not recommend it more.

Had a fantastic time here, lots for the kids to do and the cottages are lovely. The huge trampoline with safety net is a big bonus as the kids loved playing on it together. They also loved collecting eggs from the hen! A really gorgeous place in the countryside with lots of other places nearby to visit too.

This is such a special place. The accomodation is wonderful. I've never stayed anywhere that has a better stocked kitchen than I have at home! Fresh eggs, wonderful countryside and a super lovely, friendly family.

I had the most amazing stay at High Trees Farm, I literally did not want to leave. As soon as I spoke with the owner I new I was going to like it there. Very easy to deal with and communication was immediate So friendly and welcoming. On arrival the cottage was immaculate. Super clean and tidy. Lots of fresh clean towels. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washer dryer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, even tea bags! Fresh eggs from the farm were also left for me which were delicious. Both double bedrooms were spacious with lots of cupboard space for clothes, etc. Smart TV in the lounge, with plenty of seating, dining table, as well as a downstairs loo. Stunning views out of the floor to ceiling windows, with a small patio area, just a shame it was not summer! Totally surrounded by rolling countryside, and endless lovely walks, this is the most idyllic place for recharge, calm and peace. I cannot recommend this place enough and cannot wait to return. Thank you.

Thank you Vanessa,Andrew and family for a great farm stay. We loved the countryside tranquility yet Hertford and Ware not far for activities for the children. Cottages beautifully equipped and maintained . We had a lovely time thank you and would love to return some time to enjoy it all again ! Trevor, family and mum! April 2022.
