Coombeshead Farm Holiday Cottages

There field is brilliant and they are brilliant hosts

This place is just great. The people that own this are the friendliest people and are always offering to help with anything they possibly can and made it extra special for our children with the added little touches which made their day and it's the littlest things that can brighten that up. The cottage we stayed in was well equipped with everything you need for a good stay. A little rough round the edges but it is a working farm so you shouldn't expect the Ritz, we loved our stay and it is located perfectly for day trips out with nearly everywhere you could want to go only 20 - 30 mins away. We would definitely return and stay again and look forward to seeing what the big barn looks like once completed and to see the owners and dogs again. Thank you for making our little trip special

Amazing place!

After a journey of approximately 200 miles, we were warmly welcomed by the owners ( Julie and Peter) who immediately made us feel free to get to know the farm and all the animals.
The house where we stayed, extremely welcoming, very well decorated and with all the necessary utilities.
Thank you very much and we are absolutely sure to come back but to stay longer.

Our second visit, albeit 11 or so years apart but still the same friendly welcome from the owners upon our arrival, everything in place for Covid restrictions to keep visitors safe. The farm is free to roam around at your leisure with lots to see and get involved with. Will be coming again.

Lovely place to stay. Although the location feels quite remote, down winding country roads, there's plenty to do just a short drive away. Cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need! The kids enjoyed seeing the free-roaming chickens and visiting the pigs, and the playground area was a nice extra.

Cottage was clean, well furnished and contained everything we needed. Owners were helpful. I highly recommend.

The location was beautiful and quiet, clean and Julie was very helpful with any questions we had . All facilities in the cottage were carefully thought of and it was lovely to roam around the farm and experience all the many animals Julie cares for. Perfect retreat if you want to get away from every day life. We’d go back again !!! Thank you
