Extremely helpful and friendly staff lovely to see the baby goats and the walk with alpacas was amazing. I'm sure mine had got a sense of humour and because I have a slight mobility issue and he was a want to fly animal and he tried to shove me in a puddle. Lovely wY to spend my birthday even at 69. Thanks to staff for sorting my booking out I'm not that PC literate.Well worth a visit going to go back with grandchildren soon.

Had a fantastic time today, had a brilliant meerkat experience and got to feed lots of other animals too including lambs, goats, alpacas, donkeys and ponies. We went to a zoo recently but our girls much preferred this because of how close they could get to the animals. They can't wait to go back for the alpaca experience and my nearly 10 yr old daughter has decided that's her career sorted, she wants to work at Willow Tree one day!
The meerkat experience was definitely the highlight of the day, highly recommend! Our girls loved the jumping pillows as well. Definitely enough to do for 3-4 hrs if booking an experience. Staff are lovely and helpful as well. Great place and will definitely be going back.

I'll be honest I was a bit worried as I'd seen some other reviews that were less than complimentary, but our experience was completely the opposite.
On the day of our visit we received a phone all from a very friendly girl letting us know if we got there early we could have our cream tea and a look around the farm before our alpaca walk at 2:30 so we wouldn't feel rushed. (I saw on their website that they closed at 4pm so to have someone call and make sure we had time to relax and enjoy our day was great.)
We arrived and although the car park was busy we found a space. Entry is through the cafe and while there is a big entrance sign it is off the road so it's not immediately obvious of where to go. The girl in the cafe was super friendly and smiley and she took our order for our drinks to go with our afternoon tea. I was expecting a scone and a drink, maybe a little sandwich, how wrong was I?! When it arrived, presented on a lovely wooden board and consisted of 4 triangle sandwiches, some crisps, a huge scone, a wedge of Victoria sponge, a chocolate brownie and a macaron. It was delicious and neither I or my husband could finish it.
The farm is small and doesn't have as many animals as some other places, it could do with more signs (meercats this way etc) , but as we were only really there for the alpacas we didn't mind.
There was a wedding happening at the time we were there but it didn't impact our experience, infact seeing lots of happy faces enhanced it.
The alpacas are well cared for and the guide very knowledgeable. The walk was fantastic and raj's you through the farm, and along a woodland path and back again. Lots of opportunities for photos with them. All in all a fantastic experience. Thank you.

My little boy had his 4th birthday party at Willow tree farm today with 20 children in attendance. They all had the best day. Hanna took the children around the farm letting them pet and feed some of the animals. She was great with the kids and the animals. We even got to see a baby reindeer and baby alpaca. After an hours farm tour the children went into the party room for food, ice cream and music and could then play on the farm for as long as they wished. All the staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Everyone commented on how much they had enjoyed it and how different it was. We will definitely book another party there.

We started off by phoning Willow Tree farm to enquire about booking the Meerkat Experience and to ask if there is a minimum age for children to attend it. I was told 2 years old is the minimum age due to safety. We proceeded to book the meerkat experience and we visited for the first time the very next day. When we arrived, we explained we hadn’t been before so we asked staff where we were supposed to go and we didn’t really get much back, staff weren’t very helpful in telling us. We were asked to take our ticket via email but we were never asked to show the ticket, only our surname on the booking. The staff on the desk seemed fairly miserable and wasn’t very welcoming so we weren’t sure what to expect. We were taken to the meeting place to wait for someone to take us to see the meerkats to be asked how old my youngest daughter is and to he told she may not be allowed in. I told her we phoned up and they said 2 years old is the minimum (and she’s 2) and the staff lady still insisted she may not be allowed in as it depends on the specific keeper that day. It should be one rule, not a different rule for each keeper. Luckily she was allowed in otherwise we would have wasted money on false information if she had been turned down. The meerkat experience itself was amazing. The staff gave a great speech about meerkats and feeding them was brilliant too. The farm itself was brilliant, with lots of different animals, but also two playgrounds for different ages. We also had a staff member approach us whilst we were walking around to introduce us to Bertha- a bearded dragon and then Stinkerbell- a skunk at separate times in his arms which we loved. The farm was smaller than I realised but I’d definitely recommend it to everyone and we will be returning. The price for the meerkat experience was also fantastic. We stayed for 3 hours with our 2 year old & 3 year old x

Had a fantastic morning here with my family, walking the Alpacas. They are so funny and fun to walk, so much to see and do. So many animals to see and feed. The staff are friendly Will our Guide was really good, would really recommend a trip to this farm with your kids or even adults who don't have kids. Me and my partner were like big kids walking the Alpacas and feeding the other animals we loved it.

I took my friend and I to willow tree for the alpaca walk and cream teas.
The alpacas are so fantastic and soft.
It was great to take some time out, relax and learn about the animals.
The farm does a lot in the community I wasn't aware of and it sounds like a great support for many.
I will bring the little ones back.
It does need some investment but as a charity its reliant on visitors and donations to keep going
