You've got a new review. David Guy gave 5 stars.

Excellent advice,service,prices and hens

Contacted Chartley Chucks and arranged to visit. We explained to Jane and Jeff that we were total novices and took time To tell us all that we needed to know. They supplied us with all the equipment that we required, feeders ,drinkers etc,and bedding and all the feeds etc We also had 2 hybrid brown birds that had just started laying and all items were very reasonably priced We took everything home and set up the coop, introduced the birds and settled very quickly. The following midday we were Rewarded with 2 nice brown eggs. Excellent service, nice people who know what they are talking about and give sound advice We have ordered another 2 hybrids (different breeds) for end of March when they reach P.O.L Sue and Dave Guy

Just bought four, day old chicks and a coup from chartley. Travelled 70 miles each way but was well worth the miles. Great set up and well priced. Answered any questions that we had. Would highly recommend to anybody who wants to keep chickens. Wide selection of breeds to choose from. We picked the Welbar.
Thank you so much, we are thrilled

I really can't speak too highly of these co-oops. They are such a clever design, easy to handle and clean but also lightweight and secure.

We have 20 chickens that are pets as much as layers. We were fortunate to have ordered three Chartley Chucks Coops just before 'Chicken lockdown' and have put two of them in our polytunnel for the older and more vulnerable birds. The are so easy to work with compared to our wooden co-ops so we know we can mover them later. Eventually we aim to replace all our coops with these. My only concern is that they are so good that they will be sold out!

We did have a small hitch on delivery but that was no fault of Chartley Chucks and the management did everything they could sort it out for us.

We went to Chartley Chuck's 10 days ago to get a couple of chickens. We are first timers so we're a bit concerned about how are new chickens would be. There was no need to be concerned as we came away with two lovely natured girls. We have had an egg nearly every day ! Thanks for your time in helping us.Highly recommend business!

5 stars just for the Turkey that follows you round.

Service and products are excellent. Jeff is very knowledgeable and helped us get up and running.

Hens are very friendly already and we love seeing them scavenge. Can't wait for the first eggs!

Wow, our first egg, I dont normally leave reviews but I am so pleased with the chickens we bought from you at Chartley Chucks that I thought I should. I did not expect any eggs quite so soon, such healthy birds and very friendly and the children are loving them to bits. Oh and our Easicoop is great too, it was a dream to put together and very easy to clean, we will be back for food and bedding soon, see you then.

Purchased the HPL ECO chuck coop .. have kept hens for many years different breeds ..have Pekin bantams for last 5 years .. This pen is fantastic .. erected myself in no time the fact its not going to rot and basically be mite free and the longevity is brilliant .. chucks love it and added bonus have now fixed the automatic chicken guard door .. Well worth the cost which yo me all in all is a no brainer ! Thankyou Chartley Chucks …

The metal walk in chicken run i brought from here is not ideal for poultry alone. The idea is to prevent predators, my opinion is that predators will get in and trap the birds. Lots of extra materials needed to reinforce it. Having said that good price for a foundation and I would recommend on that basis.
