My husband booked The Riding Stables for a birthday break and we absolutely loved it. The location is perfect, you’re close enough to walk to the local pub, yet surrounded by fields to be able to walk your dog. The house came fully equipped with all the items you could ever need and the welcome basket was lovely touch. Thank you very much for relaxing stay, we’ll definitely be returning.

We stayed in the Wash House at Rookery Farm from 15th to 22nd September 2017. The property had it's own private garden and was very well fitted out inside with all the mod cons you may wish for. The welcome hamper on arrival was lovely and although mistakenly not enough towels had been initially provided this was very quickly rectified by a quick phone call to the owner. The owner also kindly posted out some baby clothes which had been left by my daughter in the wash basket on our departure, which was much appreciated. Altogether a lovely property in a good location for easy access to Norfolks attractions. I would definitely recommend.

A fantastic Barn complex. Beautifully furnished and conveniently located for Holt , Sheringham etc. The Barns are quite and peaceful and offer plenty of outdoor space for children. The wood burner with free logs was a bonus. Dog friendly and well equipped. Would recommend

Perfect location for a Hen Weekend-ideal for accommodating a large group. Total comfort - relaxing yet spacious. And so cosy with the wood burner going and snow coming down outside! The 'welcome' Victoria Sponge, was very welcome too! (And my phone charger that i left behind, was returned to me very promptly...)

Lovely old farm complex converted into holiday lets. Bodam is a short walk away as is West Beckham, and you are located within close driving distance of Holt Sherringam, Cromer and the North Norfolk coast. Ideal quiet getaway, children and dog friendly.
The service is excellent, the maintenance chap Richard was always very helpful and sorted any issues very promptly.

We arrived at the cottage to be welcomed by the most thoughtful welcome hamper, which included all local produce and even milk in the fridge for a nice cup of tea. The cottage way extremely well equipped and had everything we needed for our weeks staying, including washing liquid and laundry detergent.
The garden was nicely kept and the log basket had been filled ready, should we need to light a fire.Also even the bbq had a bag of charcoal ready for us to use.
The neighbours next door who look after the properties where extremely poilte, helpful and friendly. The cottage had WiFi, which was an added bonus for those needing it.
It was so peaceful and local amenities where either a short walk or 5 minute drive. The area was ideally located to head either towards Sandringham for the day or in the opposite direction to Cromer.. The local town of sherringham also offer many great facilities including a gym and pool facilities for those that want it. Our favorite place we discovered was the local back to the garden farms hop, with cafe which became or go to place for shopping, breakfast and cake and coffee.
It was one of the best staycations we have had, made even better by being able to take our two frenchies with us and not being charged a fortune, North Norfolk is extremely dog and family friendly with so much to do within such a small radius of west Beckham.
We will def be back soon..

Really nice place! Very spacious, lovely scenery and part of the world. Unfortunately I just wasn’t keen on the bathrooms.
