Red Rae

I ordered a Barbour Bedale Jacket plus hood from Red Rae after i learned about this shop comparing prizes on the internet. I saved about 60 Euro compared to ordering from a german retailer or directly from barbour and of course the jacket and the hood are original barbour and of flawless quality.

The jacket arrived today, 12 days after my order what was mainly due to the fact, that the jacket was held in german customs for about 5 days....so the time between my order and the delivery is absolutely ok for me in after-brexit-times.

After placing my order i received a confirmation mail but no tracking number or further shipping information were provided. After 9 days i got nervous and sent an email to Red Rae to ask kindly about my order. Just a couple of hours later i received a quick and friendly response (from Johnny) including the tracking number, so i could see that the jacket was held in german customs.

All in all i' m very happy with my order and fully recommend Red Raes...but i would like to suggest the shop owner(s) to provide customers with a tracking number after shipping to avoid troubles and worries on both sides. 🙂

I bought a Barbour Beaufort jacket here. Initially a little nervous because the site lacked the polish and sophistication of some of the bigger outfits out there and also because the price was so good. My reservations were groundless - the jacket arrived swiftly and is perfect. I shall use Red Rae again.

Wasted trip to the shop today Wed 2.30pm ish said they were open but no answered the door bell rang and called whilst outside the shop front....disappointing as I thought i would prefer to keep custom locally. Maybe there is a perfect explanation but ended up going to John Lewis. I understand your family come first, got to look after your Mum.

This is the first time ordering from redrae.co.uk and I have had a flawless experience. Ordered a Barbour jacket in the afternoon and not only was the price cheaper than anywhere else (almost £100 cheaper than some stores) it came with a free tin of Barbour wax and it also arrived the next day! You can’t ask for more than that. Absolutely fantastic and will not hesitate to order again from this business. Thank you 👍🏻

Extremely happy with my purchase. In John Lewis the Barbour Corbridge jacket currently costs £249, a tin of Barbour wax is £10.95. Total for the two : £259.95.

Called the store to make appointment to visit. Great service from owner Johnny - we bought 2 Barbour jackets. A real gentleman who knows the range and has good advice - prices excellent. Real quality.

Fantastic service. Ordered Saturday evening. Despatched Monday pm and delivered Tuesday late afternoon. Would have been 5 stars but no delivery tracking details sent.

Purchased a jacket from this store online. Arrived swift everything was there and cheaper than many other online giants. Trust the website I know it looks like a Chinese scam site but it's not. Don't miss out on a bargin.
