Best place for ear piercings and cute accessories! Had my second holes done here by a lovely staff member (Chelsea) and she gave me all the right information and was really helpful. It has been the only place where my piercings have healed so quickly and the choice of studs you can choose from is great! Also the accessories they sell are more than what you would expect, they always have cute bits, Definitely will be back 🤍

Clean, tidy store. Great service, enquired about ear piercing and was given all the relevant information I needed. Staff Chelsea in particular was happy to help. Very kind and helpful. Will be returning soon.

Came here to get my third lobe piercing,was rude for no reason from the beginning and awkward, not welcoming or friendly in anyway. handed us a heavy dirty ipad to fill out the form and was rude when a simple mistake was made while filling it out. didn’t know i was going to be tested on the information that i should have read and became hostile when i didn’t know the exact answers to the questions. also they don’t wear masks in the store,touch you without sanitising and no sense of social distancing what so ever. don’t bother coming here for a piercing and instead go to a reputable piercing shop.

I visited the store today to have both of my ears pierced and I received an extremely warm welcome from Emily. Her knowledge, professionalism and kindness made the visit a very relaxed and comforting experience. Her work ethic and efficiency were absolutely brilliant and I will definitely recommend the store to family and friends! Thank you, Emily!

My 5 year old daughter got her ears pierced today & it was a brilliant experience. The lovely lady who did the ear piercing alongside her colleague was fantastic. Great customer service & we are very happy with the piercings. Would highly recommend.

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced and Martha and Daryl were both amazing and really helped to look after her and ease both of our nerves.

Awful service. The person working there is absolutely clueless about piercings, no way I will have it done in that store, and this is without getting it done there, I can only imagine the damage he would do! AVOID
