Sophia Webster

My first visit to Sophia Webster today felt like walking into a friend's dressing room with the most fabulous array of stunning shoes that you could imagine! I was greeted by two lovely girls; one with curly hair tied up and one with dark, straight hair in a bob. I was far too excited to be in the store and forget to get their names sadly!

The girl with the curly hair greeted me like she'd known me forever and immediately made me feel at home! She found a pair of Chiara's that I'd always wanted in the sale when I didn't think there was any of my size left! I couldn't have been happier when they fit me!

We chatted like old friends and my exchange was packaged beautifully! I even got a little gift to go with my purchase, which I thought was a lovely touch and excellent customer service!

I've loved Sophia Webster shoes for about 2 years, but never bought a pair. My husband bought me some for Xmas and they were everything I hoped they'd be, including the wonderful customer service I received when I needed to exchange them!

Don't hesitate to pop and see the girls in this wonderful store! You won't be disappointed, and you'll hopefully come home with a stunning new pair of shoes!

A beautiful gem of a store with a relaxed environment. Customer service not pushy at all, but very friendly. Ended up staying for a while trying on different styles of shoes with the help of the staff. Great for special occasions and day shoes

I was thinking of put a 0..looks like 1 star is the worst I can score.
I bought a pair for my wife online when it is on black Friday sale. As soon as we received the shoes we found it is a little bit too small. We have contact customer service straightaway.
There is no exchange option and cannot honour the same price.
We posted out the shoes back to them about over a week now,we are still waiting for refund.
Very poor purchasing experience.
I hate to say I am still going to buy as I promised my wife as Christmas gift. But now just destroy the experience and expectation.

Simply amazing, quaint shop in a wonderful neighbourhood - looks deceivingly small, nestled in between the others, but once you stand in front of the glass front and walk through the door, there's a minimalistic opulence behind it like no other. Adore the comfortable sofa and incredibly helpful, friendly and open staff - it really felt like I was shopping with friends in a place I'd gone to for the millionth time. Tried on several pairs of Chiara's, all comfortable and so beautiful.
Would love to say I'll come back soon, but sadly do not live in London.

I've been to this store 3 times (1 time pre COVID) and the customer service is utterly impeccable. The staff are wonderful and extremely knowledgeable, plus her designs are everything I desire and more. If you are ever thinking of taking a trip down there, book an appointment and enjoy!

Buying the shoes might be easy but returning the shoes is hard. I've been trying to get a response from Sophia Webster for weeks now. Theyve been ignoring my emails, absolutely abysmal service from them.
