KFC Exeter - South Street

Prompt and polite service. We visited around 6pm. There was a young lady cleaning the tables and the place looked clean. However the toilets need to be cleaned more regularly. Maybe the next job would have been the toilets. Food was fresh and tasted good and not too oily. We ordered pepsi max but one drink was cherry flavoured which i dislike. However my partner likes cheery so wasnt an issue. Loads of seating and there are touch screens as well.

Easily the worst kfc I’ve had in the uk. Took over 20 mins, staff was rude and unhelpful. No managers there, pure chaos.
Fries were under cooked, mini fillet burger had a chicken tender instead and fillet tower was over cooked and not good. Staff poured over filled drink straight on the floor
Would try the other location and hope for the best.

Excellent zinger burger and hot wings. Premises is clean and tidy, food was quick and delicious

Was given a code to replace my incorrect meal when I went in to use it was verbally abused by a manager called ASH tried telling code had only 7 days to use it never informed me of this ever and then after speaking to KFC head office and being told codes don't have expiry dates ASH refused to come back out and deal with issue. after informing another manager i would file a card dispute, he said i'm not getting involved with this GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Maybe if you got orders correct in the first place you wouldn't have these problems

Don't go here!!!! Takes them over a hour to make 1 piece chicken, a drink and a salad. They don't answer the phone (been calling for 45mins) left voice messages and had no reply.

They are useless. Highly recommend going burger King. At least they answer their phone.

Only so much to say about KFC in general, but Cody who served us gave great service and informed us that the offer we had on the app could be used twice per day so we had lunch each for a bargain which was a mini burger, popcorn chicken and chips for £2.99. Not bad at all!

I recently came to love KFC, but every time I order it online I pay for extra super charger sauce and almost never receive it. It’s frustrating when you pay for it to be added but not receive it. Especially when it’s 50p per sauce and you buy a few of them. This shouldn’t be a recurring issue.

Easily the worst KFC experience ever. Been to lots of KFCs in 6 Different countries this one was the worst out of all Specially in UK.

Went to dine in today 30th December 2022 around 3:30 pm . Order was wrong then took another 20 minutes to handover the correct oder.

Chicken was cold not even brown and smelly , brought a full bucket and kept everything on the table and walked away, cuz it was soo stinky and not for human use. Was so brown inside and my friend vomited after coming outside cuz he tried one piece . Asked them for tissue but they didn’t had a single so had to use the blue roll which the staff was using. Couldn’t find a single spoon or a fork to eat the rice cup. Had to go again asking for ketchup and then found out chips were soggy and soo cold.

Whole dining area was so dirty someone swiped the floor and kept all the rubbish under our table. We had to step on all the rubbish.

All this happened when it was not busy at all. Seriously please close this store if you can’t provide good service and specially if you feeding customers this kinda disgusting food.

Oh btw I work in the busiest gas station in Exeter and im gonna tell each and every one of my customers about this KFC so at-least they won’t have to face this.
