KFC Cheltenham - Pittville Street

The size of the wrap of the day is half comparing the last week. And the service is really slow. Sometimes it it took 20 minutes. Really disappointed....

We had a really bad experience in this KFC. A cashier's named 'Chona', she was very rude. My husband asked for 4 extra bbq sauce cos she only gave us 3 (we are family of 4). She gave the bbq sauce to my husband and she even said "I gave u too much now". she was rude and my husband was really upset. I didn't know there's a limit to get the sauces in KFC. When I asked the manager, she said one customer can only get 2 extra sauces and she said they implemented this rule ONLY for KFC in Cheltenham town. This is absurd. I'm going to file a complain at the HQ. They shouldn't hire someone like Chona cos she's ruining KFC's good reputation. We will not go to this KFC anymore. Good brand with low class customer service. Such a shame.

Very strong sprung loaded main door makes entering this store very difficult for anyone with a disability. KFC menu is excellent.

Quick service, central location just off the High Street, hard working staff, no problems with our order

I've been into this KFC once which was alright, they served us quick.
I've also used it via Deliveroo about 10 times and its always guarenteed to be as you expect. Delivery within 15 or 20 minutes, and the food is what you would expect. Very good.

Good food, but no lock in the toilet door and no napkins or condiments supplied.

Very quick service, ordered a family bucket, all in all okay, was given far more leg pieces then breast. Only thing that let down was other customers having they're own drama in store, slightly uncomfortable atmosphere.

Worst takeaway experience ever. Order arrived and my chips had been dyed red from the popcorn chicken box. and found black stuff in my fillet. disgusting. do not go here. i’d leave a 0 stars if i could.
