3 times I have eaten here and 3 times it's been rubbish. The order is always wrong, this time a 'tiny bit of tomato sauce' meant it was drenched (both sides of burger!) in burger sauce, no sign of tomato at all. The fresh tomato in the burger was the horrible stalk end of a tomato, no flesh on it at all. Chips were just awful, god knows when they last changed the oil in their fryer. On top of this they are rude and impatient and over charged! I won't be back a 4th time!

Chicken pieces were wet with oil on the outside and bone dry on the inside. This suggests that they have been pre-cooked and re-heated. The chips were limp and chewy and the large portion of coleslaw was forgotten from the order but charged. I called the shop and I was promised a refund via PayPal. Refund was not received. The order took two hours to get to me!!!!!!!!! AVOID

Not sure of the food hygiene rating but noticed a guy on his personal phone in store while cooking and none of the staff wearing aprons, gloves hair nets or beard nets! Food was just thrown from frozen to be cooked by hand and wasn’t cooking for long was barely warm when I recieved it. Also they have raised the prices but have not changed the labelling in store on the walls! Fairly fast service however.

Probably the worst takeaway iv ever had and iv had some shockers. Il start with the delivery time which took so long I missed my next birthday. The burgers was soaking wet with grease, the burger bun fell apart and the chips looked like they had been there for eternity and had a dirty dark yellow and black color. How can the food be so bad its just not possible.

I have came to know they recently changed owners and I must say, they are one of the best in town. They deliver on-time and sometimes quite early and the food is always well wrapped and still warm. I recommend this place over any other fast food restaurants.

Left with £6 chicken burger in chips which was already expensive and 10p for a bag. Not worth the money

I tried their food but not impressed burgers 🍔 like same as you can make at home no much difference and look at the shop looks like they are working in garage and staff is not friendly as well when you order looks like your are in different country and they sell bags 10p which is no more than 1p. They should provide printed bass with 10p. Anyway children can buy their food because children do not have much sense

I ordered a wings meal which is suppose to come with a drink and chips all I got was the wings and drink. I spoke to a very unhelpful and rude person over the phone who informed me THEY had made a mistake in the past the meal should not have come with chips…how ridiculous. Irrespective of that I said I will jump in my car and come and pick the chips up only to be told they are not going to give me any chips. The wings I ordered went in the bin as they were undercooked. I won’t be ordering food from there again EVER!!!!!
