KFC Camden - High Street

Very well done. Customer service is on point. Waiting time was not too long and I ate there at lunch time (around 1.30pm). The restaurant was clean. This branch is 100% halal, as evidenced by my photos. I bought a fully loaded meal with a zinger tower burger, the piece of chicken was a thigh and the side was beans. The staff member who served me didn't hear me say i wanted to make the burger a tower so I had to remind her just before the order was fully prepared. Also she never asked for my reward card. Other than these 2 small issues the experience was a pleasant one and only missed out on the 5 star rating because of this. There is seating available upstairs with a disabled toilet and hot and cold running water. There is also a lift for wheelchair users to gain access to the toilet and seating area. Although the branch is small in size it is adequate in my opinion for its purpose. The venue has been redecorated and refitted recently and its evident in its overall appearance.

To be honest, family Bucket Chicken was delicious. Soft and succulent.
Portion's were decent. Service was very good and prompt. Didn't have to wait for long even though it was busy. Staff were friendly.
The chips unfortunately were soggy and cold.
Not much seating upstairs and it would be helpful if they had an extra toilet. Queue was long and there was a 10 minute wait continuously.
Although small was happy to see a lift for prams and disabled people.

Such a bad service provided by the lady on the till. Food was not that good as others KFC...
Too many workers in the kitchen... talking between them while second floor (where tables are) everything is dirty and in a big mess.. they could stop talking and do something upstairs... because its really disgusting to eat ovwr there... even floor is very slippery... BECAREFUL.

TOILETS ARE CLOSE? WHY?

as comlared to othere prices, KFC is in the good place. but when there is a poster showing a sale for product. i think it is very good when you don't have a lot of money. but i couldn't find it on the kiosks/tabloids. it was not very good in terms of cleanliness, i have been there 2 times, and any time there are always dirty tables and floor.

The dining and kitchen was very dirty, where they kept food its look like how many months they didn't clean. The food was not good at all, probably they didn't change the oil. chiken item wasn't fresh. 3 staffs are preparing one order. The food was as much worst i threw in the bin.

Unfortunately, it was a bad experience, but only this branch of KFC is present in this place, the place is only take out, there is no place to sit, I and my children took meals and sat in the nearby canal under the bridge because it was a nice place and a beautiful atmosphere, I do not recommend it.

Consistently slow service, with staff too busy talking and no organisation between orders, meaning my order took 15+mins (under the heat lamp for it all!). Consistently missing items - got 0 of the 4 ordered fries in our boneless basket tonight, and was hurried out before I could check all items in my order. Boxes falling apart, disgustingly unclean. Was super loyal but doubt we'll be back.
