McDonald's

Went here this morning at 0725 for breakfast. Wanted to use the toilets but the men’s were disgusting. The disabled toilet was locked. Decided best not eat my breakfast roll if this is evidence of the cleanliness of this branch. This is not the first time I have seen the toilets in this state at this Wharf Road branch near Old street roundabout. The last time I gave them the benefit of doubt but it is clear the management couldn’t care less about hygiene.

There is enough big parking bays,even for my long van. Entering was a bit confused,one way system wasn't clearly known. Toilets was clean. Food as McDonald standards. Generally 4/5.

Things started to go wrong when terminal failed to issue a credit card receipt at point of ordering. Staff opened machine but receipt totally overwritten and illegible. Advised by staff a ticket would be issued with our meals for my credit card records. This did not happen. Meal was served in a bag instead of on a tray even though we were eating in. Burgers were good but served up in buns that must have come from a chilling cabinet as the burgers went cool very quickly.

No stars it was possible the worst McDonald's I have ever had. And the toilets well were absolutely disgusting and the wife said that the Lady's was worse used sanitary towels left on the bin and it absolutely stank. A child was sick on the floor and it took at least 10min before it was cleaned up. As disabled driver i could not park in the disabled bay as it had traffic cones in it so the bike delivery rides can use it I will Never use that one again

Worst McDonald's I've even to it'll take you an hour to get your order, staff seem like they've given up they give you attitude when you ask for the sauce you paid for which are never in the bad. The staff is struggling please close down when it's too busy. I've never been to a restaurant this bad. Also I know it's stressful for the staff but don't take it out on the customers especially since we've been waiting for an hour. We hate it as much as you do.

Ordered on app, service to table in good time, meal hot,restaurant clean with efficient table clear n clean process. Only criticism was my quarter pound patty came in a small bun. Too hungry to complain so 3 star max.

Oh what a joy. We pulled over proper hungry. I had a big tasty (Very) and she got a double plant burger both meals excellent quality .just the right temperature, meaning the food tasted freshly prepared . The staff, so kind. Not to hectic nice vibe especially the late hour. Will definitely go again. We ate there in the car park. Then drove home happy as could be

Asked for large cappuccino and got this “oily liquid”. Really? And it’s been half cup, so most probably it’s somebody leftover hot chocolate.
Shame!
