McDonald's

You know what you're going to get here. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Some confusion for us as you have to pay 10p for a takeaway to be put in a bag. Not a problem, we paid. It seems it's only Scotland that charges.

When you have just started your day washing away your troubles in the Tempret Loch Lomond, a wee coffee and mc muffin sees you aw right. The staff on the drive through on Saturday morning earned the 5 star rating.

Not my favourite McDonalds. Very small dining area and very noisy. So many uber drivers taking up seats they don't actually need and the staff never seem to say anything. The car park is a nightmare, too small and constantly spills out onto the road, even with the staff trying to fix this. Needs a bigger location.

Just picked up meals for 6 including 4 Cadbury twirls. Avoid the twirls,
Now they have no chocolate pieces just a sprinkling of chocolate dust on top of plain ice cream, disgusting. Seems McDonald's skimping on most food now. Better places to eat and get value. Go to scoops 2 minutes away for your ice cream.

Have been in many mcdonalds as our autistic lads love their chicken nuggets and some have been a disgrace with waiting times
Went in here today ordered and pointed out our lad was autistic could they try and be quickish as he gets frustrated well well
Can you imagine my surprise when as soon as i sat at the table our order delivered by the same amazing young man who took our order

Worst drive through McDonald's franchise in Scotland (probably) fries always cold, ice cream half empty. No straws napkins ect.
Service in store is surprisingly good .

The place is nothing particularly special but all the same good service and friendly staff and definitely useful if you're looking for something to eat when it's late at night.

The food was filling, fast& fun. The seating area was clean & well maintained. The staff there were welcoming and friendly. Wheelchair assess for parking, toilets& seating, great if you have a pram, all practical and tidy. Would recommend to anyone visiting Balloch to go.
