KFC Colwyn Bay - Abergele Road

The chips were cooked!! and all the chicken was spot on. But the gravy was the best 👌

Got a delivery today .... Driver was prompt and friendly.
Chicken and gravy was good . Mini fillets are waaaaaay overpriced though, anyways was nice but there was 4 items missing from my order , I rang the store to let them know and I was told "You can come down and get them yourself or you can take it up with Just-Eat"

That felt kinda rude if I'm being honest .... I paid extra for the food cause it was being delivered and I paid for delivery with a service charge on top of all that.

I dont see how the onus is on me , the paying customer, to rectify the business' mistake.

I paid extra so I wouldn't have to walk down , because this evening I can't leave the house ...

I doubt I'd be ordering again anytime soon even though the driver was sound out and I wish I could of afforded to tip him

Service this evening was very slow . I think the shop was understaffed and they struggled to cope with the store orders and Uber and just eat efficiently. I felt quite sorry for the young man left to take orders and serve on his own, and he was very apologetic. This post should have been posted in August!!

Food over cooked and very greasy oliy staff friendly tho

Chicken was ok at best, chips was slightly cold and the corn on the cob was a horrible colour and didn’t taste good. Not feeling so good won’t be going back.

Couldn't fault the food or the service, it was all very nice and I highly recommend this ranch. I've been a few times.

One of the smaller shops but who doesn't like the colonel best chicken out there

Had an excellent experience here got a £15 bucket of chicken and it really did look like it does on the telly ,chicken was superbly fresh and chips where excellent too ,all the food was still piping hot by the time we got it home. Hope its as good on our next visit.
