McDonald's

The whole experience was a thing of necessity. We needed food, but the arrangement of the 'restaurant' was crowded, impersonal and drab. It felt like troughing rather than enjoying a lunch. The meat free burger is nothing to get excited about but the coffee is okay. The overall cost was high for the quality of food. At least they give you the option to not have a wasteful carrier bag.

Staff were very helpful and food was fast even though it was busy. However there is an interactive projector on a table for the kids to play with which resulted in the kids playing on it bagging the table with their hands which rapidly became annoying.
I can imagine it's a regular daily occurrence in the holidays which would drive me mad if I worked there. Maybe better when loads of kids aren't there banging away at the table.
Its a very good thing to keep the kids happy but not if you just want to eat with a limited amount of noise.
Apart from that the staff and service made up for the noise.

Service can be slow, and chips and burgers are often cold or just slightly warm. Their ordering machines are also slow and have often froze and not enough options such as to not add salt and they don't offer the option for smaller fries only large or medium.
Using machines instead of people to place your order means adding to the destruction of the environment because of the need to obtain the materials to make them and adding to the use of fossil fuels or other equipment to generate electricity. Use people instead of machines and stop thinking in terms of saving money and increasing profits just for the sake of making more and more profits but instead protect the environment and provide a service to humanity.

What's the point of going through the drive thru when you have to then go inside to ask for your food? All we ordered was a 6nugget meal which took over 10minutes to not arrive even after someone came to the car to ask what we'd ordered. I went inside a few minutes later, they then bagged it and gave it to me!

McDonald's is as McDonald's does... Was busy when I visited and service was quite quick so, overall, pleased!!

Not so busy on a subsequent visit (7.00a.m., 2nd Feb. 2023)... Ordered via app. All went well. Happy customer again!

The staff were extremely helpful and the food came out relatively quickly considering we went on a Saturday at lunch time.

Big bonus... The milkshake machine was working!

Went into for a burger etc but to the toliet first me and my wife! Absolutely disgusting human S... all over the floor from the toilets right through to the seating areas, some man noticed and another man was horrified with his children. My wife was disgusted too, Felt sorry for the man working there to clean it up. The woman behind the counter though it was amusing.

Sad state of affairs when a multi billionaire company like McDonald's has this going on in their restaurants.

I mean of course they ain't responsible for abhorrent behaviour but they surely should now trace this vile person

I mean women and children present trying to eat as well as other folk

STANDARDS ARE DROPPING ALWAYS tables dirty and chairs and all the profits they are making the people at the top

No respect in these places anymore

Yes I could go elsewhere but other places have similar lack of hygiene

But yes people have to eat

This happened Sunday 15th other people where present as well

Just respect other public places when eating out and about

Nice and clean McDonald's just off the North Wales Expressway. Helpful staff. Nice outdoor seating area
