KFC Swansea - Morfa Shopping Park

Ordered £26 pounds worth of food and my son had chicken fillet burger meal that has Mayo in it which my son is allergic too and when we had our meal I drove off and then my son tells me there's mayo in it lucky he didn't eat it or he would have been in the hospital... why was there mayo in it when I clearly as for plain which the women heard me and wasn't very happy It was too late to turn back as I eaten all my food so I took my son to McDonald's and my husband had to eat my son burgers

The cleanest KFC ever ‼️staff are really polite and did not have to wait for ages to be served 👍

I love KFC. Anyway, I went through the drive-through, and I found it easy to order. The staff were very helpful

Absolutely shocking. I ordered my meal on the machine, paid, then my son ordered after me on same machine. Got our reciepts, went up to wait, saw his order was preparing but not mine, then his order was ready, ok il wait, after 5 mins I asked, told it was coming, 15 mins later mine was ready, so we went to the car, my son had his cold food, I open mine and didn't get the free items I ordered, got Pepsi and not watermelon cooler that I paid for, cold chips and the greasiest manky chicken wing ever. Place was full of yobs on scooters. Won't be back to this dump anytime soon.

Building work going on around this site (as of December 2022) so lacks atmosphere and appears closed. But is very much open for great value KFC fare, reasonably priced, with quick service and friendly staff. Five of us shared a 'Bargain Bucket' for £21.99 including drink. Open also for Drive Thru and all the usual on-line delivery services.

This is the worst KFC I’ve been to

There’s a CCTV outside of the top right hand side above the entrance door and the monitor is up by the tills so the guy could have seen me coming in…no he was talking inside of taking my order.
They’re had a technician issue with the kisoks and the menu screens so didn’t know what to order.

The new recipe for the 🍟 are the worst (bring the old recipe back)
I asked for a Large Pepsi Max for £1.99 witch was more like half.
I had my favourite Milkybar Krushems for £2.19 witch has gone down in size as last time I ate in a kfc restaurant they were tall and the tables were sticky,

Good ,neat and clean shop with ample car parking space which is wheelchair friendly. Shop have dine in, drive in, take away and outdoor seating. Online kiosks to order food inside the shop ,are available. Hand sanitiser was available at the entrance. Social distancing was maintained. Processing of the order was quick. Staffs were friendly. Tried short snacks, and was good in taste and crispy as expected. Kids menu s available. Open till 11pm. Good ambience , not so crowded premises .

Food never even showed up! Ordered through deliveroo they couldn’t help me and tried to phone the store who wouldn’t even pick up!
The order kept getting delayed back and back then was given a tracker to follow the driver. As they were on route I had a “delivered” notification while I was stood waiting. No food was delivered and no help from the store. Absolutely frustrating.
