Placed an order ,paid for the faster delivery option of 1-3 business days (£7 delivery!??) took over a week to arrive due to not being in stock which wouldn't be a problem if they'd actually told us that instead they only admitted it after I'd asked where the order had gone no refunds offered for the delay either
