Blamphayne Sawmill

Terrible customer service. I ordered 3 willow fence panels and 4 post. All three panels arrived heavily rotten and I asked for them to me returned." One of those things" I was told. (Could of checked quality before delivery) fine I thought. Collected 2 days later which was fine. When I phoned for credit back to my card and spoke to a guy who was extremely rude and seemed to be under the impression i sent them back because I didn't want them. I did indeed want them. There mistake has cost me a week on a job. I ask if I could please have a refund on delivery cost of £12 for the panels and post as a gesture of goodwill. Was told no and he hung up on me which was extremely rude. 5 minutes later I got a call saying he had accidentally not credited my account but taken the full amount again from my card and he would now refund the double amount. I ask if he would now refund the delivery charge for messing me around. All I got was absolutely not. So I said I wouldn't use them again. All I got in reply was well done and he hung up again... If this guy is the face of this company maybe they need to send him on a customer service course or keep him away from the phones. Would never use this company again. Better, friendly more helpful, better product saw mills around. DON'T USE.

Have used these guys many times, their customer service and speed of delivery is fantastic. They are very friendly, helpful and offer a very prompt delivery service if you need something quick. Quality is good and we always try to use a local firm wherever possible and these guys are brill. thanks!

Great timber merchants, sheds and gates also supplied. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend. Give them a call with your requirements and they will help you the best they can.

Great service from front counter and yard staff. Very helpful and advised new products which made the job easier. Even lent me a hole iron when I said I was struggling . Cheers

Have been using Blamphayne, ot so often, but for many years, good quality well made fence panels and wooden stuff !

Good and very professional. Friendly and good communicative staff, I asked for a couple of different quotes and recieved a reply very quickly on both. They phoned me back and My order was placed. Delivered on time and unloaded where I asked. Will definitely be using Blamphaynes again.

Good quality timber at very competitive prices and great service from Andy in the sales office. The delivery experience was excellent; the driver, Phil, called before arrival, was courteous and efficient and manoeuvred his truck impressively off a narrow lane to offload exactly where I needed it.

Firstly I rang to order some materials for delivery , wanted some advice too, but the chap was far to busy and just wanted to get rid of me, was told you cannot pay over phone and order, you have to email them and they will ring you back! I was already on the phone ! Then i rang back 2 days later because nobody had rang me, was the then told me to wait 3 days, so waited

another day and still no call, couldn't even tell me when I rang how long approx a delivery could be made, terrible communication, over the years spent thousands here, well they lost my business now, rang mole valley, paid,and being delivered Thursday ,no problem ,very disappointed
